Partner program

We generate more leads than we can service.

In some categories and markets we produce more qualified demand than our managed clients can work. Rather than let it go cold, we sell it to operators who can answer the phone.

Quick Answer

CoPilot Marketing sells exclusive local service leads it generates through Google Search, Local Services Ads and Meta. Price per lead depends on the category and the market, from roughly $31 for landscaping in a secondary market to $683 for personal injury in a major metro. From $500 a week on a 6 month agreement, funded up front.

How it works

Four steps, about a week.

01

Tell us your market

Category, the cities or counties you cover, and how many leads a week you can actually work.

02

We check the volume

We look at real search demand in your area before quoting. If the volume is not there, we say so.

03

Sign and fund

Price per lead, weekly cap and exclusivity, all in writing on a six month agreement. You fund the account up front and we start.

Delivered to your phone, inbox and CRM within a minute. Invalid ones are credited back.

Pricing

What a lead costs, and why.

Price is set by three things: what the job is worth, what the click costs in your market, and whether anyone else gets the same lead. Move the controls and the number moves with them.

Location

Where the lead comes from changes what it costs.

A Miami plumbing lead and an Ocala plumbing lead are not the same product. The click that produced the first one cost us considerably more, and the price reflects it.

What arrives

Every lead, every time.

  • Name, phone, email and the service they asked for
  • The exact search or ad that produced them, so you know the intent
  • Delivered to your phone, email and CRM within 60 seconds of submission
  • Time-stamped and recorded where the lead came in by phone

We credit these back

  • Wrong or disconnected phone number
  • Outside the service area you bought
  • Asked for a service you do not offer
  • Duplicate of a lead we already sent you
  • Obvious spam or a test submission

Report within 48 hours and the credit is applied automatically.

We do not credit these

  • The lead did not answer when you called back
  • They chose a competitor
  • They were shopping on price
  • You reached them two days later

Those outcomes come down to follow-up, and follow-up is your side of the deal. We will tell you honestly if that is where the problem is.

Terms

Funded up front. No flood.

You fund the account, we deliver against an agreed weekly cap for the term of the agreement. We would rather send you fifteen leads you can work properly than forty you cannot, and the cap is yours to set.

  • Six month agreement, so the market is worth building for you
  • Account funded up front, before the first lead is delivered
  • Category and territory exclusivity available where we have the volume
  • Volume caps agreed up front so you are never flooded

We do not sell leads into markets that cannot support them. Send us your category and coverage area and we will look at real search demand before quoting you a price and a weekly cap.

Partner questions.

Where do these leads come from?+

We generate them ourselves through Google Search, Google Local Services Ads and Meta campaigns that we build and manage. We do not resell aggregator lists or scraped data, and every lead comes from a person who filled out a form or called about that specific service.

Are the leads exclusive?+

They are if you buy them that way, and exclusive is what we recommend for high-ticket categories. Shared leads cost less per lead and go to two or three businesses, which means you are racing someone else to the phone.

What happens if a lead is bad?+

Tell us within 48 hours and we credit it. Wrong numbers, out-of-area requests, duplicates, spam and people asking for a service you do not offer are all replaceable. A lead who simply chose someone else is not, because that outcome is about follow-up rather than lead quality.

How much do I need to start, and what am I committing to?+

Budget starts at $500 a week, on a 6 month agreement, with the account funded up front before the first lead is delivered. We ask for the term because building supply in a territory means committing our own media spend to it, and we will not do that for a buyer who may be gone in three weeks.

Why an upfront payment?+

Because we buy the traffic before you buy the lead. Funding the account up front means we can spend into your category and territory from day one rather than pacing against an invoice, and it is the same reason we can hold exclusivity for you.

How fast do leads arrive?+

Within about sixty seconds of the person submitting a form or ending a call. They land on your phone by text, in your email, and in your CRM if you have one connected.

Can I get exclusivity in my territory?+

In many markets, yes. It depends on whether the volume supports a single buyer in that category and area. We tell you honestly, because selling territory exclusivity we cannot supply helps nobody.

Why sell leads instead of keeping them?+

We generate more qualified demand in some categories and markets than our managed clients can service. Rather than let that demand go to a competitor, we sell it to operators who can work it properly.
