Billing, Wallet, and Auto-Recharge Policy

Understanding how billing and wallet credits work.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 Last Updated: January 1, 2025 Billing Info

Overview: This policy clarifies how subscription billing, wallet funding, and auto-recharge works.

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Billing details and dates are shown on the invoice and in the Billing Portal.

Remember: It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue service. See our Terms of Service for cancellation requirements.

2. Auto-Recharge Behavior

Auto-recharge may attempt multiple times if a charge is declined. Only successful payments:

  • Create wallet credits
  • Produce a receipt/invoice
  • Increase available balance

Declined attempts do not deliver credits.

3. Wallet Credits Delivery = Completed Transaction

Once credits are delivered to your Wallet, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.

Digital Delivery: Wallet credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment. This instant delivery constitutes completed service, which is why wallet credits are non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customer is responsible for:

  • Monitoring billing emails and invoices
  • Disabling auto-recharge if not desired
  • Ensuring card issuer approvals (do_not_honor declines are issuer-side)

Tip: If you experience repeated "do_not_honor" declines, contact your card issuer directly. This is a restriction placed by your bank, not by CoPilot Marketing Agency.
